The 45th edition of International Film Festival of India colorfully.The opening ceremony was Compered by actor AnupamKher and RaveenaTandon.Festival unfolded with the lighting of the traditional lamp by MridulaSinha, Governor of Goa, ArunJaitley ,the Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting, ManoharParrikar,Minister of Defence, LaxmikantParsekar ,Chief Minister of Goa, Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore ,Minister of State , I&B, Amitabh Bachchan and Rajinikanth SlawomirIdziak , International Jury Chairman,and Zhang Jianya, Marie Brenner, Seema Biswasand Nadia Dresti ,members of jury were also present. ShobanaPillai, along with her troupe took the audience down to the memory lane of famous presented dance sequences of Indian Cinema.
