22nd IFFK-22nd International Film Festival Kerala 2017-9 films from Malayalam

2 MALAYALAM FILMS IN COMPETITION AND 7 FILMS IN MALAYALAM CINEMA  TODAY SECTION. 

The pre-selection jury chaired by  Ramachandra Babu, Cinematographer  has selected  ‘Randu per ‘ Directed by Premshankar and Eden by Sanju Surendran,  for competing with other international films from Asia –Africa and Latin America for the coveted Suvarna Chakoram award. The 22 nd edition of the IFFK would be held at Thiruvananthapuram from December 8^th to 15^th.Takeoff (Mahesh Narayanan), Thondimuthalum Driksakshikalum(Dileesh Pothan), Karutha Juthan (Salimkumar), Sexy Durga (Sanalkumar Sasidharan), Angamali Diaries (Lijo Jose Pellisseri), Maravi (Satheesh and Santhosh Babusenans), Athishayangalude Venal (Prasanth Vijayan) are the films included in the Malayalam Cinema Today section.Chelavur Venu, M.G.Sasi, JudithSarkar, Veena Hari are other members of the Pre-jury.
