An international jury headed by Shekhar Kapur (Jury Chairman has been set up
for deciding the Peacock awards in the ensuing edition of the International

Julia
Jentsch began her acting career at Münchner Kammerspiele where she played
Desdemona in Shakespeare's Othello and Sophocles' Antigone. In 2004, she had
her breakthrough with the movie The Edukators by Hans Weingartner.. For her
role as Sophie Scholl she won an award as Best European Actress, best actress
at Deutscher Filmpreis and the Silver Bear at Berlinale Film Festival. Julia
Jentsch played in Effie Briest (2009, Hermine Huntgeburth), The Strange Case of
Wilhelm Reich (2012, Antonin Svoboda), Hannah Arendt (2012, Margarethe von
Trotta) and The Have-Nots (2015, Florian Hofmeister).
JEON Kyu-hwan Director, Korea made
his directorial debut without having any formal educational background.
Starting with Mozart Town, his debut feature in 2008, he made the Town trilogy,
including Animal Town (2009) and Dance Town (2010) by employing an art house
film production method. A number of his films have won awards and accolades
around the world.
MichaelRadford
Director/Screenwriter, UK Michael Radford was born in India of a British father
and an Austrian mother and started his career as a freelance documentary
director .His film Another Time Another
Place selected in the Cannes Film Festival (Director's Fortnight), selected as
best movie of the year by Cahiers du Cinema and winner of the Prix Henry
Langlois, the Bafta Award for best newcomer, and 15 other international prizes.
His next film Nineteen Eighty Four with Richard Burton and John Hurt
established his international reputation, winning many a prizes, including the Francois Truffaut
director's award, and the British Film Award for best director. His third film White
Mischief followed by his most famous
film: Il Postino, for which he won five Academy Award nominations (including

Suha
Arraf Director, Screenwriter and Producer Suha Arraf was born in the
Palestinian village of Melyia, near Lebanon. She began her film career as a
documentary film-maker. Her docu-film Women of Hamas (2010) received 13 awards
at international film festivals. Suha's first two screenplays, The Syrian Bride
and Lemon Tree both directed by well-known director Eran Riklis, received international
acclaim, with the latter winning the Best Screenplay Award at the Asia Pacific
Screen Awards. Her first feature film Villa Touma (2014) was screened at top
festivals like Venice, Toronto, London, and many others. In 2014 Suha was
listed in Variety Magazine's "Top 10 Screenwriters to Watch".
